Job Description:
- Greet patrons attending entertainment proceedings
- Ensure that each customer / patron receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
- To ensure that patron safety and security is maintained at all times in accordance with the safety and security procedures
- Personally ensures that appropriate arrangements are made for all special / VIP guests prior to their arrival.
- Attend all staff and training meetings as and when directed by the superiors
- To ensure that all duties are carried out in line with the Company Policy with high standards of personal appearance, personal hygiene, proper uniforms.
- Effective patron handling which will involve the queries regarding film content, rating, show times, Facility related queries
